Phelps, NY - Cheerful Valley Campground

Well, I've been making good time, but rushing past some of the stuff I've needed to do, like organize this trailer. I really needed this rest, to charge my own batteries and the trailer's, too. :) Fridge is nice and cold now as well. Allergy meds needed refrigeration too - check. Now, time for a nice little snack!

Cleared enough boxes and crap to give the bunnies some floor space. Oh boy were they happy to be out of their carrier! They ran everywhere, checking everything out. A much-needed shower did wonders to top off my mood. It feels great to be settling in to my new home!

Still haven't fiddled with the furnace. I hate lighting flammables because it seems like I have the damndest luck with them. The last time I lit a furnace (this one in an apartment), it pretty much exploded in my face, singing my hair and eyebrows. That was not the first such incident, so I am none too eager to play with propane at the moment. Later, I keep saying... I'll use extra blankets for now. LOL
